CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Providing advance notice allows the time to be offered to another client.

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to the full session fee.

Late arrivals will be accommodated within the remaining session time when possible. Exceptions may be made in the case of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the practice.
